• To place your classic and gourmet donut order, call us during our business hours or click on the ‘Order Now’ button above. Orders are not complete until pre-payment is processed. Large orders may require 7-14 days advance notice. Minimum 3 days advance notice and full prepayment are required for custom orders. Scroll down to see our custom order policy and to find pictures.
• Third-party delivery is currently handled via DoorDash and Uber Eats subject to a limited menu.

[ ORDER POLICY ]
All orders are NON REFUNDABLE. You can find keywords at the bottom of the page to see referred pictures and designs. At least 3 days advance notice and prepayment are required for all custom orders.

• To place an order : CALL US during business hours. Custom orders must be received and paid at least 72 hours prior to pickup date via phone or in person. 7-15 days are required for large orders. A full up-front payment is required for all orders. Custom orders including letters are NOT AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY PICKUP. The earliest we can accept preorders is at least 2 months in advance.

Some direct messages and emails get lost so please call us during business hours if you don’t get a reply.

• Prices : Our letter donuts start at $4.50 each and our regular-sized (3”-4”) designs range from $4.99 - $18 each. Prices depend on size and complexity of design and personalization. Please call us or send an email for an exact price quote. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Rush orders : Call for availability with at least 1-2 business days in advance. Rush orders subject to a rush fee up to 20%. We do not always accept rush orders based on our currently order/work load. Please plan accordingly. ALL RUSH ORDERS ARE FINAL WHEN PLACED AND CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELED.

• Order changes :Call the store and must speak with a decorator during business hours at least 72 hours prior to scheduled pickup day. We will do our best to accommodate your need, but please note that we start to work on your order at least 2-3 days in advance so changing your order details or pickup date with less than 72 hour notice may be subject to a revision fee up to 20%. Please do not leave a phone message after hours because we are not able to check messages after hours and early mornings.

• Order cancellation : Call the store and must speak with a decorator during business hours at least 72 hours prior to scheduled pickup day, you will receive a store credit. We will do our best to accommodate your need, but please note that we start to work on your order at least 2-3 days in advance so canceling your order with less than 72 hour notice may be subject to a revision fee up to 20%. RUSH ORDERS ARE FINAL WHEN PLACED AND CANNOT BE CANCELED. Please do not leave a message after hours because we are not able to check messages after hours and early mornings.

• Missed pickups : In the event of a missed or forgotten pickup, we will make every attempt to contact you but your payment will not be refunded. Please call the store ASAP before closing, your order might be available for pickup a few minutes after closing or the following business day, by appointment only.
